General Terms & Conditions:

In these Terms and Conditions “we” and “us” mean Toys.Redcut.Com.Pk and “you” means you the customer. These Terms and Conditions together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.

Placing an Order with RedCut Toys:

You may place an Order by filling in the Order Form on the RedCut Toys Web Site and clicking the “Confirm Order” button. When you place your Order, we will issue you with an Order Number. By placing an Order, you make an offer to us to purchase the Products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions. We will notify you that your order is being processed by sending you an Order Confirmation; however, we do not formally accept your offer until your order has passed our internal validation procedures which include ensuring availability of selected product and verifying the bona fides of each order placed, for the purpose of preventing credit card or payment fraud. RedCut Toys and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email confirming shipment of the goods you have ordered. If we cannot process or accept your Order after payment is received, we will refund your order for the amount if it is paid in advance. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for third party fees or exchange rate differences in the event of order cancellation and refunds.

Payment Methods and Acceptance:

RedCut Toys currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD), however we are in process to integrate payment gateway to process Visa, MasterCard and Direct Bank Deposit, Easy Paisa transactions. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need. Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding State and Federal Public Holidays. 

GST and Currency:

RedCut Toys product prices displayed are in Pak Rupee (PKR) and include applicable Taxes. For shipments to local and international destinations the applicable taxes and courier fee will be exclusive of the price.

Price:

RedCut Toys always seeks to list Products with the most competitive prices. RedCut Toys reserves the right to change prices for Products displayed at RedCut Toys at any time before you place an Order. The price of products shown excludes shipping costs. Shipping costs are shown separately on the product page but may be recalculated based on how many and what items you place in your shopping cart.

Returns & Exchange:

Refunds:

RedCut Toys do not provide refunds or exchanges if you:

• Simply change your mind; or
• Purchased the wrong product; or

Damage a product after purchase due to alterations to the product not performed by us, damage the product due to unusual or non-recommended use of the product or damage the product where the damage is caused by any factors beyond our control; or No proof of purchase is provided.

We cannot guarantee that a replacement or repair will be available if the product is either discontinued or no longer available. We will speak with you about your options if that affect you, whereby either a replacement or alternative (similar) product may be available for you to select from.

To the extent permitted “RedCut Toys” is not liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of RedCut Toys, and RedCut Toys shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.

By placing an order with RedCut Toys you agree that the sale is made in Karachi, Pakistan. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws.
